Cheese Slicer Wire Replacement Instructions

1. Loosen set screw at the top of the slicer.
2. While holding the base, grasp wire and gently slide it downward until it clears holding slot.
3. Remove broken wire.
4. Take new wire and place one side of the wire loop into holding slot.
5. Pull the wire up and over the screw at the top of the slicer (placing the wire into the screw slot then through the V-shaped slot.)
6. Attached the other end of the wire into the second holding slot.
7. Re-tighten the set screw at the top of the slicer.
